Once our laboratory receives your sample, it should take approximately 6 weeks for your customized report to be available in your secure customer portal.

You will receive an email notification when it is available. If you included a wellness consult with our certified wellness coach, they will also be notified and contact you to set up a time for the phone consult.

TrimRX is the ultimate weight management test. ElevateRX focuses on exercise and physical performance.  It will help you take your exercise to a new level by enhancing performance and reducing risk of injury, giving you more insight for faster recovery.

ExtendRX focuses on your longevity as related to your DNA by analyzing how your skin ages, skin glycation, kidney function, cholesterol response to dietary fat, sun sensitivity, etc. The test results will give you recommendations on how to protect yourself from things you may sensitive to.

NourishRX evaluates how your body absorbs key vitamins and nutrients including all your B vitamins, E, iron, A, C, D, etc. Knowing how you process nutrients is very important in creating a customized nutrition plan.

RestoreRX uses the latest in biotechnology and genetic testing to help you understand how your genes respond to sleep, pain, inflammation, stress & CBD metabolism. If you have elevated systemic inflammation, this can lead to age-related chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease so it’s important to keep inflammation in check.

RestoreRX can help give recommendations how to improve sleep and stress levels as well as your circadian rhythm which is your internal clock if your genetic make-up leans towards making these things less optimized than you would like. If your genetic profile indicates that you may be likely to have a low pain threshold, it means that you will process painful stimulus more intensely and feel more physical discomfort and experience more emotional distress from pain than other genotypes. Healthy pain management is very important for optimum health and recovery. CBD metabolism is different for everyone so knowing ahead of time how your genes respond to it is very helpful!

All 4 tests overlap so you get much more value out of ordering the “UltimateRX” test which includes all 4 tests. Each has different recommendations for optimizing your health.

Testing couldn’t be easier. Once you receive and open your kit, directions are enclosed. You will register online using the email you signed up with. Then you will use a cotton tip swab to rub back and forth on the inside of your mouth then send the specimen to the lab in a paid postage envelope provided. Test results will be available in 6 weeks. Genetic testing tends to take a bit longer than many other types of testing.

For fitness & nutrition testing (TrimRX, NourishRX, ElevateRX, ExtendRX), you will receive a notification by email that your test is ready, and you will receive a link to download a PDF and will have access to a portal with genetic-specific resource library. For RestoreRX intolerance testing, you will receive your results by email along with actionable recommendations and a link to.

StrongDNA ® offers a robust customer portal that is designed specifically for you. When you log in to your secure web portal, you will be able to view a health content library specific to your unique genotype and if you purchased TrimRX or UltimateRX, you will also receive a customized nutrition and exercise plan. The resources include hundreds of articles, videos and recipes that are all designed for your genetic profile. Your report will analyze certain gene types related to weight management, nutrition, exercise and longevity and give you actionable recommendations. The customer portal is viewable from your computer and any mobile devices.

Don’t worry about that, we will send another kit out to you ASAP and you can take the test again at no charge.

Most insurance companies do not pay for genetic tests related to wellness. Some companies have programs that do so check with your human resources department. The best way to think of paying out of pocket for this type of testing as an “investment in your health” TrimRX, our weight management panel can sometimes be covered by HSA or FSA funds if a physician orders the test.
